99ar Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 99ar platform ("Platform" or "Site") and its users ("Member" or "you"). By creating an account on 99ar, accessing the platform, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. 99ar reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published on the site will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on 99ar and use any service on the platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, address, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any applicable bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all earned funds. 99ar may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount, 99ar may request completion of identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC). Failure to provide the required documents may result in restrictions on account activity.

3. Account Management & Security

3.1 Login Credentials Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing your login credentials with any third party is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account, unless you immediately notify our support team of any unauthorized access.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in permanent account closure.

3.3 Updating Contact Information

If your mobile number or email address changes, update your account information immediately or notify the support team. 99ar will not be responsible for any missed messages or notifications resulting from outdated contact details.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

99ar supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, processing may take longer in cases involving KYC verification or unusual activity. For bank transfers, the bank's own processing time will apply.

4.4 Source of Funds

Only funds from legitimate sources may be used. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; a deposit of ৳10,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be detailed on the offer page.
• Bonuses are only usable on 99ar's own games; certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• If evidence of multiple accounts or fraudulent acquisition of bonuses is found, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 99ar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a specific game or market allows cancellation under its own rules. 99ar reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect information displayed on the platform.

6.2 Sports Betting

A variety of markets are available in the sports betting section. The specific rules of each market apply individually. If a match is suspended or cancelled, the settlement of that bet will be handled in accordance with the relevant sport's rules.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated according to the rules of their respective software providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe). 99ar supplies these games through third-party providers and does not intervene in determining game outcomes.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device issue, that transaction will be settled based on its state as recorded in the system. 99ar will not be liable for losses arising from such circumstances.

7. Responsible Gaming

99ar places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is for enjoyment and should never be the cause of financial or emotional hardship.

• You can set deposit, wagering, or loss limits on your own account.
• If needed, you can request a temporary suspension of your account for a set period.
• A permanent self-exclusion option is also available — once applied, the account cannot be reactivated.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99ar platform:

• Any form of cheating, fraud, or misuse of the system.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using multiple accounts to exploit bonuses.
• Gambling with credit cards or borrowed money.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other members.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account on behalf of, or for the use of, a minor.

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account closure, all funds may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 99ar's Rights

99ar reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without stating a reason. This action may be taken in particular when prohibited activity is detected, when these Terms are violated, or when an investigation is required.

9.2 Member's Rights

You may request closure of your account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw all legitimate funds before the account is closed, unless funds are placed on hold pending an investigation.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have not been used for an extended period (generally 12 months or more) may be marked as inactive. A separate policy will apply to the funds in such accounts, and the member will be notified by email in advance.

Your personal information is not shared with third parties, except where required by legal obligations or security investigations. Information necessary for payment processing may be shared with the relevant payment service provider.

11. Limitation of Liability

The 99ar platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 99ar will not bear any responsibility in the following cases:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or failure of third-party services.
• Inconvenience caused by technical issues, system maintenance, or unexpected outages.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence or security failure.
• Indirect or incidental losses resulting from use of the platform.

In any circumstances, 99ar's total liability will be limited to the actual funds held in the member's account.

12. Changes to Terms

99ar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance by email or via a notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated Terms.
